Writer, Digital Storyteller and Instructor 

I’ve been a Freelance Digital Storyteller since 2008, producing marketing materials for corporate, non-profit and individual clients. I write radio and web stories for KRCB Public Media. I also create videos, edit photos; set up WordPress websites/blogs; create and maintain social media campaigns (MailChimp, Etsy, Facebook, etc.); write and create graphics.

Teaching Experience: Adjunct Instructor, Santa Rosa Junior College Older Adults Program. 8/17 to present. Substitute teacher, K-12, Sonoma County. Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit. 6/17 to present. Photoshop instructor Twin Hills Charter Middle School, Sebastopol, CA, 11/16 to 10/17. Creative Writing Instructor, Healdsburg Senior Center. 8/09-8/10.

I was a Video Editor and Production Manager, at Bravura Films, San Francisco for 15 years, before my husband and I moved to the country and painted our mailbox blue. Bravura Films specialized in corporate marketing videos. I edited video using Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro, After Effects and Photoshop; assisted with pre-production planning and scripting; hired crew and talent; tracked budgets and paperwork and supervised post-production. Clients included San Francisco Ballet, Apple Computer, Cisco Systems and Microsoft Corp.

Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and Cultural Studies with a Writing Emphasis, Dominican University of California (Summa Cum Laude).
